What Are Chrome Bookmarks?
A bookmark is simply a page that you have saved for future reference. In addition to saving a page for later reading, you can also add tags to make it easier to find it later. You might have noticed that many social media posts have a bookmark icon next to them. This means that the page is bookmarked for you to find at a later date, either on your computer or mobile device. Bookmarks are commonly used to keep track of a page or set of pages that you may have come across while searching the Internet. For example, if you find a recipe on a site, you can bookmark it so that you can easily find it later. Bookmarks are also useful for saving pages that you might want to reference again in the future but aren’t necessarily planning to read right now, such as a tech support page for your internet service provider.
