Performance reviews are an important part of any workplace, but they can also be tricky to navigate. If you’re not prepared, they can easily become a disaster. That’s why it’s so important to understand the performance review process and how to conduct one effectively. Let’s take a deep dive into a few key areas around performance reviews.

When writing a performance review, ask yourself questions about what information would be valuable to the employee.
